Loved every moment of this re adaption. It brought back many familiar childhood memories. While keeping it fresh with a few new ones. I knew was before I saw it that there would be tweaks to it. And it was done in a respectful and beautiful way to the animation. Much more realistic and less plot holes. Masterpiece in my eyes and heart.
Beauty and the Beast is by far one of my most favourite movies. The story it portrays, the music and magic and morals knowing that love heals all, unfortunately, I only saw and felt all that from the animated version and not this one. This movie lacked the good old “warm and fuzzy” feeling you get from Disney’s animated movies, it lacked “heart.”#3 A great release date: March 1. It just seemed a little emotionless and forced, some bits even seem rushed, other parts had nothing to do with the original at all. I was looking forward to see how Beast would be as a “realistic” version but they didn’t capture Beast’s imagery or personality at all and I feel the same way about Emma Watson playing “Belle” I like Emma Watson, she is a great actress but she is no “Belle.”Beauty And The Beast 2. Only Two things that I wish were different was in the animated one Chip rescues Belle and Maurice and fixes maurices invention and then they go rescue the beast. I thought they should have kept it where chip rescues belle and maurice instead of them unlocking it themselves. And one more thing I think the beast transforming back into a human could have been more magical and he could have said something to her before they kiss like he did in the animated one. I loved this movie so much!! I went and grew up and WDW when we lived in FL when I was little and this movie is so much of my childhood. Thank you so much Beauty and the Beast Disney for this movie it really means a lot. We will be returning to WDW next year for my gradation trip.
